Meet TSC US, locally known as Streamline Technical Services. Founded in Round Rock, Texas in 2001, TSC US founders had a vision to become a world class repair facility. This was accomplished within just the first year of business by becoming a certified repair vendor for Dell Computers who we are proud to say, remain a top client today.
Eight years later in 2009 at the advice of Douglas Schmitt (now President of Global Services for Dell EMC), TSC US along with other preferred Dell suppliers formed a partnership with the objective to deliver best-in-class repair and logistics solutions on a global scale. TSC US has helped lead the way in making TSC the success it is today. This success led to the opening of the second TSC US location in Columbus, Ohio in 2012.

TSC US, offers services in depot repair, reverse logistics, product resale, HDD and SSD testing and wiping, component level repair and part re qualification. Services are offered on a wide range of products including tablets, monitors, laptops, desktops, printers, graphic cards, enterprise storage devices and more. Like all of TSC, TSC US is committed to providing customized fulfillment solutions to their growing customer base which includes Dell, Samsung, IBM, Oracle, Toshiba, Xerox, Lexmark, Hewlett Packard and the most recent addition, Lenovo.Â
